The Fresh Pharmacy, located on Highway 321, Lenoir City, is a unique drug store in many ways. Locally owned, it is decidedly NOT a CVS or Walgreens, in all the right ways. Fresh Pharmacy offers compounding services (not always easy to find) as well as a good selection of vitamins, supplements, etc. Perhaps best of all, it is still 'a place where everybody knows your name' -- a quality that has become distressingly rare in this advanced year of 2024.
